Thought...
Hey, all! This next piece was a random thought that I am
just ready to ramble about! You know the deal, leave any and all love, I'd
appreciate it!
The Color Red.
As the graphs of positive and negativity increase and
decrease as years go by, I'd never thought I'd see myself with a pure
fascination of the color Red. The color of happiness, evil, deceit, life,
death, a new cycle, a divine organization, and one of my favorite leaves during
the season of Fall. Red can be explicated, created, and manipulated in an array
of thoughts and ways, and as everyone takes their turn, one will always face a
new belief for this simple color.
Growing up, I never thought I was allowed to wear the
color Red when it came to nail polish. First off, I had to wait until I was at
least 10 years of age to apply the colors of life to my nail beds, anyway. I
never picked up a bottle of Red nail polish and gave myself 10 different
reasons to express myself in any way I chose.
At a young age, and even going into my teenage years, I
thought the color Red was for people of the opposite color than my own. I just
never knew how beautiful we all can be with one simple color. From magazines,
movies, and advertisements of any sort I just did not believe that specific
color would look good on me.
As I grew older in age, and sense of style, ooohh girl!
Red has become MY FAVORITE! It’s simple, yet sleek, sexy and BOLD! It just
makes me feel so confident and great about myself. And yes, I'm sure makeup is
not supposed to do these things, but it does for me, simple.
I love when my lips and fingers can take control of so
many things, and Red has helped accent those moments.
The print.
The suspicion.
The vibe.
The happiness and joy.
The sexy.
The good, and I hate to say it-the bad.
Red has done so much I'd never thought I'd experience.
From feelings, compliments, fun and excitement, many times when I go to my
lipstick or nail polish pile...I choose the right one...
